ICICI Bank

ICICI Bank is India's second-largest bank which consolidated total assets that stood at Rs.12.50 trillion in 2019 has a network of 5,275 branches and 15,589 ATMs across India. Bank offers a wide range of banking products and financial services to corporate and retail customers. 

The ask was to redesign the bank's website for better product discovery and increase conversions. Personalisation of content was one of the key objectives.
